1. Giant drawing equipment, organic collages and a Hedgehog that visits the Pyramids  Heres some pictures from a recent commission I did with Bishops Castle Primary School. I worked with the wonderful year 4 & 5 & Mr Harris (Captain Enthusiasm) to produce some hand made illustrated story books, organic collages, and some gigantic drawings. The theme was 'Indoors Outdoors' and this was a Creative Partnerships project. If you would like more information, please get in touch.              A big thanks to everyone at the school for making me so welcome, and for being so enthusiastic and ambitious with their work! I was very very impressed! Definitely one of the most friendly schools I have ever worked with. Whilst spending some much needed time in the countryside up in Shropshire for this project, it helped me to come to the conclusion that I miss trees, fresh air and the sound of sheep very very much and that I would like to move my studio somewhere greener and closer to the sea. Its been a difficult decision to make, as I've got some wonderful colleagues and friends in London, but I will be moving to the West Country in August. Watch this space to find out how I get on!  |
