Do you take on commissions?

I welcome all commissions, please just get in touch via the contact page.

How can I pay for items from your shop?

This site uses the secure server Paypal to process sales, this means that you can pay safely by credit or debit card (or your own paypal balance) by pressing the ‘Buy now’ button. If you would prefer to pay by cheque please e-mail your order to sales@hayleypotter.co.uk or use the contact page. You will be sent an invoice by e-mail, and your item will be dispatched when the cheque clears.

Do you deliver to outside the UK?

Yes. Either place your order in the usual way, and you will be invoiced for any remaining postage amount via paypal. Or e-mail sales@hayleypotter.co.uk with your order, and you will receive an invoice for the total amount.

How soon can I get my order?

When items are in stock I aim to send them out within 3 working days. If you have ordered a giclée print, please allow 10 working days, and if you order a framed item, please allow 15 working days. I will always let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on backorder or refund you. When your item has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail. Dispatched goods are sent out by 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.

Is my package insured?

All packages are insured. If for some reason your item does not arrive or is delivered damaged, you have 14 days to notify me or return it for a replacement.

What is your returns policy?

I want you to be happy with your purchase! All items on the site are accurately described, and photographed. Refunds or exchanges will only be made if there has been a genuine listing error or if the item arrives damaged. You have 14 days to let me know there is a problem, and send it back to me.

Will you deliver to multiple addresses?

Absolutely. Just add a message to your order if you are ordering through paypal, or let me know by e-mailing sales@hayleypotter.co.uk

If it is a gift, please let me know so I can add some extras.

I want to buy a t-shirt from you, but I’m concerned it might not fit, would you exchange or refund it if so?

If you buy an item of clothing, as long as you return it in saleable condition with all tags and unworn, you may exchange it or have a refund within 14 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What is a giclée print?

A giclee print is a print from a high resolution digital scan and printed with archival quality inks.The process provides better colour accuracy than other means of reproduction, and the printing quality lasts 95 years.

I'm interested in booking you to run an event at our school, do you have experience in doing this?

I have lots of experience in teaching and running creative events in schools. Particularly about narrative and illustration. Please just send me a message and I will forward you a recent CV.
