44. The 'Create a Character' Workshop

In collaboration with The Old Sweetshop Gallery in May, and alongside the solo exhibition of 'Secret Creatures' I ran a 'Create a Character' Workshop at Southfields Library in London. The workshop was attended by a variety of ages, and we all had fun designing our characters and then making them with lots of different materials including buttons, pastels, crayons, pens, pom poms, pipe cleaners, and felt... The workshop was supported by Wandsworth Council and was one of the many creative events that happened as part of Wandsworth Arts Festival 2008.
